I've used InboxDollars for a few years, but it is now screwed up. I complete offers well within the time allotted, and I don't get the rewards, or I get a lesser amount.
This is the sixth different time this has happened now.
I've contacted InboxDollars multiple times (with pic receipts) and never hear a response. It's been 60 days since I last requested help and have yet to be paid what I earned.

- Multiple scam offers
- Horrible customer service
Preferred solution: Be paid what I had earned

After almost a year before I got half of the reward earnings from InboxDollars, I got a $15 Amazon gift card. Now I don't know what happened to my Amazon account but it was locked without my knowledge.
For some reason.
I have so much trouble with the new tech. I have the info for the card Amazon won't let me get in.
I'm so discussed and disappointed.
Preferred solution: Nothing I gave up on the rest, after a year.
User's recommendation: It's too hard to explain. With the constant changes and updates, upgrade just KEEP UP WITH YOUR PASSWORD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I need to change my number and no response and it's lame the way they have it set. If I need to verify to get in the app and request that I need to change my number, why can't I just continue to verify there my email?

Verified ReviewerI transferred funds from my Dollar Inbox account to my Binance account but they weren't even deposited there. I again transferred other funds to my PayPal account and they haven't reflected either.
Last week I transferred $100 to my binance account but they didn't reflect. I even though the problem was my binance account so yesterday again I transferred $200 to a Paypal account but they haven't reflected either.
I feel so disappointed, humiliated and conned.
I'm even heartbroken by this disappointment. Kindly help me.
