I decided to get a 30-dollar Dunkin Donuts card and a 50-dollar virtual Mastercard. The Dunkin card worked fine.
I have tried to use the 50-dollar card, and every time I enter the number, it says it is an invalid card. It is in my email and the number is correct. I feel they don't care about a Dunkin Donuts card but I feel the other card is a total scam. My niece, an attorney, advised me to put the issue on Facebook.
I literally spent many hours doing surveys, yet they basically used me and didn't pay or follow through.
Be careful using this app! It's not fair.

Please help. I would like my money for every survey I've done, but they don't pay when finished. I really need my earned money. Why don't you people pay attention to your website?

Man, I've been using Inbox for I don't know how long, maybe over a month, but there's no reason why I should have to wait a month, half a month, or two to three weeks. It doesn't matter.
I should not have to wait an additional 10 days for my reward to come in on my PayPal. There should be no reason for that. Moreover, I can't get a hold of anybody to figure out what's going on. They simply post about how it only takes three business days, which should be the standard for any kind of transaction aside from a debit to debit.
All I'm saying is, I have three different rewards that I'm waiting on. I did one relatively recently and the other ones have been past the three, four, or five—I don't know how long it's been—days. I know it's been over three days, and it's heading towards the 10-day mark. I still can't get in touch with anybody, and all they do is tell me to be patient.
I've been patient. Now, it's your turn to credit me for playing. There needs to be a different way of going about getting your rewards from PayPal or something. They need to let you get a debit card, perhaps a personal Visa debit card or MasterCard.
It doesn't matter which one, just as long as I can do that. Just like the Vanilla at the gas station, at the Sunoco, at Walmart, at Target for your little socks and shoes for the kid that you found and adopted outside the store.
Whatever you have going on, all I know is I need my money. I put money into this thing and I want my money back.

inbox dollars had an offer where one could buy a certain number of bottles of water and get reimbursed for the purchase. I did this during the spring of '24 and haven't heard a word back.
I've created two help tickets with no reply (except for the first auto-reply 'we received your ticket'). they promise to resolve or answer with 30 days. their pages don't perform as promised - the ticket lookup page has no space in which one can enter a ticket number. the contact us page has directions about how to fill out a ticket request form but no email address or phone number.
of course their email search isn't organized in a way that allows me to find the offer I completed, but they want some kind of transaction number in order to investigate the issue.
if you can find enough reasons to be a member (esp if you like online games), make sure you keep clear records of everything you do. don't delete any of their emails (keep them in a special folder or something, to keep them out of the way until they try to screw you over).
be sure to read all the fine print of every offer and follow all directions carefully. kind of takes all the fun out of it, right?

I've been with inboxDollars f I r alot of years.all of a sudden problems with there website could not be loaded. Due to net error SSL protocol error.
I've been 2 days now trying to learn what I can do. Google says inboxdollars is unsecured website. It's there fault. Not .mine.
I'm aggravated. Because I really loved that website.

A week ago, I received an email with a $10 Walmart gift card from InboxDollars for my completion of multiple surveys. Yesterday, while shopping at Walmart.com, I tried to access the code needed to redeem the Walmart gift card.
However, when I click the link that sends me to InboxDollars to access the gift card code, the web site indicates that the link for the gift card code is expired. How can that be? I only received it a week ago and have not had a chance to use it at Walmart.com until yesterday. Furthermore, on the page telling me the gift card redemption link is expired, the InboxDollars website tells me to click here to have an email with a new gift card code sent to me.
However, when I touch click here, which is presumably a hyperlink, absolutely NOTHING happens. The words click here have no link attached.
My attempts to reach anyone at InboxDollars via email have resulted in automated responses from bots or unable to deliver messages from my email provider. Furthermore, the phone number for InboxDollars customer support is now a disconnected number!
I am beyond frustrated that I'm unable to use - or even ACCESS - the pathetic $10 Walmart gift card that I rightfully earned. I've never had the gift cards from InboxDollars expire before - especially after only SIX DAYS!
I've been using InboxDollars on and off for several years. This is the first big issue I've had with nonpayment of a gift card. Ive always had problems with their website quality and with surveys buffering and failing. Ive had surveys not credit my InboxDollars account a measly 25 or 50 cents after Ive completed a long survey.
However, when that has happened in the past, I was able to contact someone at InboxDollars. I would email the help desk and send them screenshots of proof of survey completion. The situation was almost always resolved, and the money was put into my account.
It appears that InboxDollars has gotten even shadier over time.
Again, when I attempt to get the code for my earned gift card by pressing the get code link in the email from InboxDollars, Im brought to a page that says my gift card link is EXPIRED. On that page, there is a message that says click here to receive a new link for the gift card.
When I press click here as directed, to get a new link to the gift card, nothing happens. The words click here seem to be regular text with no hyperlink.

Preferred solution: I would like a new $10 Walmart gift card to replace the one with an “expired” code. It “expired” after 6 days, even though I never got a chance to use it. My attempts to receive a new gift card code from InboxDollars have gotten me nowhere!
