I've used this review before but right now they don't even know one of their games drop them and that's not why and that's why they're not paying Las Vegas slots drop them somebody needs to contact me

More details okay so I'm on inboxdollar I choose the game Las Vegas slots yippee Kanye and less than 72 hours I hit Level 900 when it was paying $143 and change well now they've changed it to 83 but still on my account activity it shows at 143 but no one will pay me and so I reached out to Las Vegas slots and they said they're not affiliated with InboxDollars

I have not received my money from them. It's been a month; I've been dealing with this craziness.

I don't have much good to say.

You put in a ticket and have to wait a month just to get a response back. That's crazy.

Inbox Dollars responded quickly to my ticket to submit proof of game completion. Once I submitted all proof, they only credited me for the lower value goals.

I finished a higher paying goal they didn't credit and now, they're not responding. They do not want to pay what is owed.

I have spent a lot of time on this game and provided all the proof, yet I'm not sure why I am being ignored. They owe me the rest of the amount for goals completed.

I did a cash one offer on August 26 2024. And I completed the item in the time specified.

But I never got my $70. I sent them a screenshot of the welcomecash one sent me. And they still didn't send me the $70 dollars. I have wrote yall several times.

If they would have done their job right the first time. I wouldn't still be writing yall.

This is ridiculous if you offer a item you need to stand by it. And yes I'm saying they didn't do their job cause they didn't.

I love playing with y'all at InboxDollars and y'all do cash out but I'm highly upset right now because I have asked y'all multiple times for a couple weeks could I update my phone number and nobody has messaged me back or email me back yet telling me to do that I have $350 worth of winnings and I cannot cash them out because y'all won't let me update my phone number at the moment could somebody please hit me up ASAP I ain't leaving a review like this but I'm highly upset 30 days is way too long to get back at one of your loyal customers or loyal members...!

User's recommendation: Yeah I would recommend them but just make sure you got your phone number right or you won't be able to cash out I promise and you won't hear nothing from nobody like you don't exist for 30 plus days probably and that'll really upset you

Pretty much every time I've reached the point in a game offer where it starts paying actual money to make it worth it, the game conveniently stops tracking. Customer 'support' is a joke.

They can manually credit an account, as I managed to get it done once. However, all they do is send an automated email with a generic reply, instructing to resubmit the ticket. If you do, you'll get the exact same email, directing you to contact support. I've put hours into Royal Match, and finally reached the point where it was paying off, only for the game to stop tracking.

This has happened many times.

I honestly think it's deliberately done. But 'support' is a joke, and not even a funny one.

I have been trying to redeem this Virtual Prepaid Mastercard to use towards a purchase on Amazon so I can send my sister a birthday gift. I am putting the exact number that is written on the Virtual Card and have tried it several times.

It doesn't work. The information on Amazon says that the card number is not correct.

No longer participating member

In the past I kept trying to go back in so that I could participate answering surveys I could neve get back.

Is just like now I have been to renew my member ship using my email and still i running into a lot of

problems. They keep saying that you sent a code but nothing has come to my email.

Therefore I am

unable to renew my membership. I do wish to keep being a member but it seems that no matter what I do

I do not receive any code in my email. This one of many problems I had where could not contact you even

through support and here I am having the same problem. Also understand that if you call me and don't

leave a message telling me who you are I will not call you back.

This is due to having been scammed twice.

I really would like to get back my membership. I did enjoy answering survey and other projects and did make\

Payment issue

My phone broke, and I can't sign into my email that I use for InboxDollars. My Gmail won't let me sign in on any other devices for some reason, so my issue is that I have a $32 balance on InboxDollars, and I'm not able to withdraw it because of my email situation. My account is deactivated and restricted

Nearly two years ago I was in the US when joined and registered ..then relocated to my place in Nigeria for one of my relative burial which I wrote to the inbox dollars team concerning my account being reinstated, finally when I reached my hometown I logged in to my inbox dollars account using a VPN because it can't be accessed without being a usa citizen or in the territory, I had funds and earnings inside my account which I tried to withdraw but the phone number which I wanted to receive the email code wasn't responding (us phone number) so I was flagged immediately..

I accessed the customer support link to tell them am the real owner by sending pictures of my driving licence and government ID'S they ignored me up till today I can't access my account not alone withdrawing my funds and earnings.

I need my account reinstated back please.
