InboxDollars - Confusion-Acct deactivation
I was signed into my inbox dollars account when I was suddenly logged out. I attempted to sign back in and it would not let me.
It said that my account was deactivated. I did some research and read from the inbox dollars website that it was an issue regarding paid emails. I have spent very little time on the website and was very new to the app as I just downloaded it less than one week ago so not knowing how to navigate the site may have been why I felt I wasn't notified about the rules. HOWEVER, I shouldve received notice of these rules as an email to my gmail account but I never did...
Meaning, I simply was not provided the rules.
Hopefully I am contacted in response to this and this problem can be resolved. Otherwise, I will be reporting Inbox Dollars to the Better Business Bureau.
User's recommendation: If proven not to be a fraudulent site.
Monetary Loss: $18.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
