To whom it may concern,
I've been an Inboxdollars account holder for I believe a little over 2 years now.
Ever since I have had the account Inboxdollars kept telling me that the info on my Inboxdollars account and my PayPal account did not match (even though the info DID match) therefore, I was unable to use my PayPal account to receive my earnings and i had to wait until I had earned over $30 and order a check. I had even closed my PayPal account and created a new account making sure every single, teeny detail and info matched ALL of my Inboxdollars info and Inboxdollars STILL said the info didn't match! A few months ago I closed my PayPal account, once again, and created a new account and now also have a PayPal Visa Debit card but now I don't know how to change my PayPal info on my Inboxdollars account! I've looked, clicked, read and even chatted with a "customer service representative bot" on my Inboxdollars account and have come up empty handed EVERY TIME!
I've even tried searching for a Customer Service telephone number for Inboxdollars and the first one I found said I wasn't calling during regular business hours (It was around 1pm or 2pm in the afternoon and on a Wednesday!)and the second phone number I found through PissedConsumer.com (Yes, I'm quickly becoming a pissed consumer of Inboxdollars by the way!) and that phone number said it was no longer in service! I have even contacted PayPal to see if they could help with this problem, knowing full well the probably couldn't, and I was right, they couldn't and said they saw no site called Inboxdollars connected to my account. But, even though they couldn't help me with an issue that wasn't theirs AT ALL to begin with, they put $10 of virtual money into my PayPal account because they couldn't help or solve my issue!
Now THAT is true Customer Service! Can someone from Inboxdollars, PLEASE, help me resolve this ongoing issue?!

User's recommendation: Make sure all your info matches, even though mine did from the very beginning and was STILL unable to use my PayPal account with this site!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
