I had enough money with Inbox Dollars to request a check, which I did on March 13th. I received an email on March 18th that my check was on the way and it is now April 14th and I still have not received it.

According to the InboxDollars Help page, your account may be inactive for any of the following reasons:
  • Activation Emails: You have not clicked the activation link in the Activation Email that was sent to you after signing up or updating your email address under "My Profile";
  • Bounce-Back: InboxDollars received an automated bounce-back message when attempting to deliver email to the contact email address listed under "My Profile";
  • Pending Payment/No Activity: You had a pending payment request and had not logged in to your account or confirmed at least one Paid Email in the last 10 days, and were therefore considered inactive.

If your account is inactive for any of these reasons, you can reactivate it at any time simply by having a new Activation Email sent to you and clicking the link in that email.

I definitely did and I got a response telling me I didn't comply with my terms and conditions of offers, but I did and I still have them as an app. I've showed proof in my email and the person that wrote back blocked me email and before hand sent me an email Unprotected and it was exyptoe.

According to the article How to Earn Your First $30 with InboxDollars some of the offers may take 7-30 days to credit. Some partners credit the offers quickly, others take a while. As soon as a partner lets know that you've completed the offer, they will immediately show you the payout in your earnings dashboard.

by #1944768

According to the Inboxdollars help section, you can reset your password on the Inboxdollars account authentication page at inboxdollars.com. Once you follow the instructions on the forgot password page, the email should be sent to the email address associated with your Inboxdollars account. Make sure you have pop-up's enabled on the browser as the link in the email may not work on your browser if you have popups disabled. Also, make sure if you receive the password reset email that you move it to your INBOX if it arrived in your junk/spam folder. If you attempt to click the link from a spam/junk folder the link will not work.
If you still have any issues with your Inboxdollars account, please contact the Inboxdollars customer care team:
  • via the company's social networks.
