In the past I kept trying to go back in so that I could participate answering surveys I could neve get back.

Is just like now I have been to renew my member ship using my email and still i running into a lot of

problems. They keep saying that you sent a code but nothing has come to my email.

Therefore I am

unable to renew my membership. I do wish to keep being a member but it seems that no matter what I do

I do not receive any code in my email. This one of many problems I had where could not contact you even

through support and here I am having the same problem. Also understand that if you call me and don't

leave a message telling me who you are I will not call you back.

This is due to having been scammed twice.

I really would like to get back my membership. I did enjoy answering survey and other projects and did make\

some money. You have my email.

My phone broke, and I can't sign into my email that I use for InboxDollars. My Gmail won't let me sign in on any other devices for some reason, so my issue is that I have a $32 balance on InboxDollars, and I'm not able to withdraw it because of my email situation. Nearly two years ago I was in the US when joined and registered ..then relocated to my place in Nigeria for one of my relative burial which I wrote to the inbox dollars team concerning my account being reinstated, finally when I reached my hometown I logged in to my inbox dollars account using a VPN because it can't be accessed without being a usa citizen or in the territory, I had funds and earnings inside my account which I tried to withdraw but the phone number which I wanted to receive the email code wasn't responding (us phone number) so I was flagged immediately..

I accessed the customer support link to tell them am the real owner by sending pictures of my driving licence and government ID'S they ignored me up till today I can't access my account not alone withdrawing my funds and earnings.

I need my account reinstated back please.

All these advertisements for Inbox Dollars claim that you will be able to get money for games, surveys, etc. Yet, what you're not told is you will probably most likely not qualify for the surveys worth your time!

The amount received for games is extremely low! It takes more time than it's worth to make $15 before you can redeem it. Albeit, you do receive $5 at sign-up. It's a joke!

After the $15 was reached, I redeemed it to PayPal.

It says it could take 2-3 days but it could be up to 10 days! I've been waiting for 12 days and customer service only says to continue waiting!

I have met certain levels within the required time. They owe me 140 dollars, plus what I spent on in-app purchases, and I met that bonus.

However, they did not credit me. I emailed them, but received no response.

User's recommendation: Try inbox dollars and hang in there and don't be quick to judge. I've made a lot of extra dollars over the years.

I decided to get a 30-dollar Dunkin Donuts card and a 50-dollar virtual Mastercard. The Dunkin card worked fine.

I have tried to use the 50-dollar card, and every time I enter the number, it says it is an invalid card. It is in my email and the number is correct. I feel they don't care about a Dunkin Donuts card but I feel the other card is a total scam. My niece, an attorney, advised me to put the issue on Facebook.

I literally spent many hours doing surveys, yet they basically used me and didn't pay or follow through.

Be careful using this app! It's not fair.
