Resolved: Change my phone number
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Instead of using my phone number they use my email to get my confirmation code.
I was not able to get any help for changing my phone number on my profile. I keep having to turn in tickets after tickets, and it's ridiculous.
By the time I get tickets turned in, my points might expire. I wish they had a customer service hotline because I submitted five tickets and have not gotten anyone to resolve my problems.

I've been trying to change my phone number on my account to 651-756-**** for well over a month now. Your website claims that you will respond within 30 days. Well, it's been well over 30 days, and nobody seems to want to help me, so this is kind of ridiculous, and I would not even give you one star if I had to.

I have been with Inbox Dollar since 2009. That is almost 2 decades.
About 2 times a year, they, for some reason, cut me off from paid emails. I do Inbox every day.
I do surveys, I download cashier receipts, and I even play games with them. I wish they would stop playing games with me!!!
- You can get gift cards if you work at it
- It takes time and sometimes quite a bit of it

Verified ReviewerResolved: First it took me forever to get the minimum cash out of $15 I'm talking hours of playing games and doing surveys and half the time the surveys didn't even reward me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I hung in there and waited until I got the $15 minimum and cashed out with my PayPal my PayPal was linked to my bank account and to my profile just like it said everything was in line and I never got paid.
- I thought it would be a way to make a little bit of extra cash
- Too many loopholes for them to get out of paying to my paypal
- Cant really contact a live person

User's recommendation: Too many loopholes that they can get out of paying if someone persists in trying it I would suggest catching out with a gift card and not your PayPal because I still haven't gotten paid

Idk I've gotten no where
I have tried for 2 months to get them to change my email back to original. As it is, it's been changed to one I don't have access to and can't verify to change it back.
I've left many messages and a review on okay store where I was given a non functional email to contact them. I desperately need to get some money out to buy food it's so frustrating they won't help. If I could add a phone number even, I could cash out.
But that's blocked too! HELP!!!

Some kinda way,it was made simple for me to go in and search for my lost rewards. As I said, close to a year I got my rewards. I'm so happy.
User's recommendation: I WILL not let anything happen to my sign-in information, cause inboxdollars will make a person suffer for those pennies. I would love to send photos but right now I'm too excited, which causes my brain to shut down.

Endless hours after hours playing games and doing surveys that take 15 to 20 minutes longer than they say they do, and then not rewarding you. I finally made it to the $15 minimum cash out and cashed out to my PayPal, which is in line with my profile and connected to my bank account, everything like they said, and they never paid me.
- I dont see a plus side
- Customer service is does not exist that way they get away with not paying out

Having no phone number is ridiculous when you don't answer the emails. I've been requesting to change my number for months.
I've gotten one card that doesn't work anywhere, and now I can't check its balance.
I have enough money for more but can't redeem because of verification. I have put on so many tickets now; it says suspended.
